Each student has different strengths. Some have great power, while others have exquisite control. Still others excel in the shielding department. While students may have more than one strength, there is always one category that is stronger than the other two.
Power: The strength of a person's particular ability. Control: The control a person has over their ability. Shields: The amount of protection a person has from the abilities of others.

Stat Ranges
Power 0-2: Very minimal ability. Only pose a challenge to those with either low control levels or extremely weak shields. Essentially powerless. 3-5: Average ability. Able to perform most tasks of the particular power group, though relatively easy to overwhelm. 6-8: Moderate ability. Slight above-average ability. Stronger than lower levels, but not much of a challenge to thos with advanced abilities. 9+: Advanced ability. Can breach nearly all shields. Face only minimal threat from most others.
Control 0-2: Little to no control. At great risk of total breakdown. 3-5: Minimal control. Basic control in most situations. Easily overwhelmed. 6-8: Moderate control. Slightly-above average control. Cannot be overwhelmed in normal situations, unless faced with high power-levels. 9+: Advanced control. Near-perfect control. Only extreme situations may cause loss of control.
Shields 0-2: Very minimal shields. Even those with low power-levels are able to breach these shields. At great risk of total breakdown. 3-5: Minimal shields. Weak shields that are easily overwhelmed. Hold up only to those wtih low power-levels. 6-8: Moderate shields. Stronger shields that are harder to overwhelm. Can stand up to all but the strongest power-levels. 9+: Advanced shields. Near-perfect shields, almost impossible to breach. Exhaustion or extremely high power-levels may allow these shields to be breached.

Once a student's application is accepted they will be awarded ten points to distribute among the above three categories. Teachers will receive 15-20 points, depending on the quality of their application and their particular role. Keep in mind that the distribution must reflect the character's particular strength. More points become available as a student's level increases (staff remain static unless other arrangements are made, as adults do not see much change in their ability). Upon reaching the next level, please PM the admin to update your stats.
Please fill out the following form and post it in a reply. Once done, your stat points will be added to your profile.
